The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Thank you Doug for helping us make our daughter’s dream piano a reality. You welcomed us into your store, answered my questions and never pressured a sale. Delivery day went smoothly and everything was done professionally. Thank you for such a great experience!!
I cannot rave enough about the service we received from Doug Brady. I purchased a piano on a whim at an estate sale. Ge was able to get the piano moved and set up very quickly and affordably. He is so kind and knowledgable. 10 star service.
I always try to find someone I can trust to give me a fair price. Mr Doug was fair and I got a great piano! Brian Sloan
After searching for months for someone to move my small baby grand piano, I contacted Mr. Brady for recommendations. I had talked with so many moving companies with their ridiculous pricing, I was thrilled when Mr. Brady said he could help me. We made an appointment for the move and he and his assistant disassembled the piano, followed us the short distance to our storage unit and reassembled the piano, all within 90 minutes.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
