I am writing this review because I am genuinely shocked by the level of service we received from a company with so many 5-star reviews. To start, I have a text conversation with Evelyn from July 3 confirming that we paid a $50 deposit to reserve two movers for 12:00 PM on July 31. On the afternoon of July 29th, I received a text asking if we could move our appointment to 5:00–6:00 PM. I politely explained that this wouldn't work because we specifically booked noon almost a month in advance.

I've used Duryea Moving twice now for residential moves and I cannot say enough great things about the team and management at this company. They are punctual, professional, courteous and very careful with furniture. I have recommended them to friends and family!
I use Sam and his crew for moving my entire home, storing it at his facility and then moving it back to my new home. I can honestly say that they did an amazing job taking good care of my belongings and during the move they were very careful not to damage anything! I would definitely recommend this company for all your moving and storage needs as they exceeded my expectations:)
Sam and his team were fantastic. They were well organized, extremely efficient, and very carful when moving our items. Everyone in his team were friendly and easy to work with. The services were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend Sam and his team.
