We had our trailer stolen from their unit, it was parked payed for every month, when we discussed with manager that was on vacation on the week that is happened, she said only had 5 days of footage, run from this place, they have cameras for decoration, rude people and also never wanted to discuss our loss, like for them it doesnt matter!! please contact me if something like this happened to you because we are getting an attorney

Our indoor unit was broken into twice. When we asked about security footage the cameras weren’t working BOTH TIMES. And the insurance is a joke. If you file a claim, you have to have a receipt for each individual item. We had a unit for 2 years, $200+ a month, our most expensive stuff is gone, and we’ve recuperated nothing. I think they’re lying about having surveillance. And even when there’s an issue, nobody will come to the property.

Very unprofessional and rude people. They wont ever answer phone calls, they will add extra charges to your bill for zero reason, i told them to only call after 6:00pm yet she still calls during work hours, nothing but rude and crappy service from this place and there facility is super dirty and falling apart! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone as its been a very bad experience!

We had our trailer parked at the Anderson location with gated code closed in and still got stolen, its a hastle to deal with them! I have police involved but to pay for a storage to make sure this doesnt happen its ridiculus! they need to do a better job protecting your things! Also costomer service takes forever to answer, i dont recommend this place
