Eagle movers or high robbers to the elderly the chargered my grandma $500 dollars to move across the street and broke her refrigerator handles and did not offer to pay for it they lied to the I owner and for as Rosea the person who answers the phone she will not let u talk to the manager I hate to be rude but on the real all the staff are from Mexico and don't care about people stuff just out to get a dollar!!!!! Cause they over here l illegal u try to be nice and help them and the mess over u !!!!
I had a box of electonics.... PS 4 with 15 games and a Nintendo Wii with 14 game , remote control for both systems...... The company says they don't have it...... I called Rosia / Rosie whomever about this problem and NO CALL BACK. I filed a police report and the company is still ignoring me.. This happened December 22.
I scheduled with them a week in advance. I waited outside my storage unit for them to arrive. After "I" called "Them" they told me they were 2 hours behind schedule, which would mean they would be working at night. Cancelled and do not recommend their level of professionalism.
After giving me an initial agreed upon quote, when the movers got here, my price went up an additional $500.would not recommend at all!
2 of the 3 movers worked hard. They had an older gentleman who stood around alot and did nothing. Took much longer then anticipated. We bought the crew pizza since they hadn't eaten. They threw the crust all in the front yard and street in front of the house. They wiped the pizza sauce on our furniture. They drug the heavy furniture across the new floors and there are deep scratches all in the new flooring. They didn't unpack the things they wrapped in plastic or reassemble everything they took apart.
I sure appreciate customer reviews! I take giving and receiving feedback very seriously. I realize you can not please everyone but based on the many disgruntled movers I have read, I am going to keep looking. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience. This company needs to look carefully at their customer service. A customer should never have to chase your business to get answers and results! That is what we pay the business to do.
My experience with Eagle Moving was a nightmare; from the initial sales contact with Nate Perez, followed by a lack of Customer Service, and Quality Control. Although three of my boxes were broken, luckily nothing breakable was on them. They are not cheap either. Go with someone else.
I called them and they told me they had a cancellation for 9am so I said yes I would take it. I live in humble Texas where they are located the cheerleading tumbling mat-track was to be picked up in humble 1.5 miles away . Simple and easy. …

We just used them for a move & they were extremely fast, efficient, & professional. This was our first time using movers so we were scared of what could happen but they exceeded our expectations. Would recommend to anyone! And will definitely use them again.
I have never used a moving company before.These guys were so nice and attentive.They were very careful and coordinated.Moved me out in no time!Would definitely recommend this company.They were on time and reasonably priced
These guys are they real deal, very quick and very skilled at packing out their truck to the maximum capacity. Took very good care of our stuff and they tried their best not to make a mess. Will never use another moving company again thanks guys! PS- don’t forget to tip your movers!
Our crew from Eagle Movers was unbelievable and worked so hard and quickly. We were so impressed with them and thankful for their expertise, wonderful attitude, and incredible work ethic! We would highly recommend them!
