I just received a call from this company on a quote for my move and the representative was incredibly unprofessional. He wouldn't stop talking long enough to let me speak, started bashing other companies when I told him I was getting quotes, and even hung up on me. I don't understand all the attitude just to receive a quote. I'll never know if this is a good moving company or not because your rep ruined the whole experience.

I hired Eagle Movers to make my move on April 17, 2021. They charged me $ 500 for 3 hours of service + 3 workers. I had read in the contract that they would charge the part for whatever material they used for my move, so I bought boxes and tapes and I packed by myself all my stuff. However, to pack the furniture they used blankets (which according to them is free) + tapes. I had bought extra tapes for them to use my tapes.

My move was terrible from the beginning. The owner argued with me because I refused to pay for his crew to sit around when I was clear from the beginning I didn't need them for 7hrs. This crew destroyed my furniture before I even left from 1 apartment. Then they destroyed my plants. They broke a garbage can broke my dresser and daughters bed.
I belive this person didn't move with my Eagle van lines we do not have her in our system . There is many eagle van lines in the U.S we are located in jersey city. We will be more than happy to hear from the customer and go over her complain .
Not worth the money. Take your business elsewhere!!! I felt company didn’t explain charges well. You can get same service hiring bootleg movers on other freelance services, which I think is what the company did for me. Will definitely do better shopping for moving companies next time .

I recently had a great experience with the Eagle moving team. Eli, the owner, was kind from the beginning and when he came to visit my mother's 2bd apartment put everyone at ease with his calm demeanor and professional attitude.
