The rating breakdown
2 of the 20 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Eastern Moving Solutions are one or two star.
Worked out from 20 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Very professional right from the start of the move until the end. Ken was a pleasure to work with. His quote was very accurate and my belongings were moved from point A to point B with great care. I entrusted them with my shadow box and it arrived safely. The guys were very friendly, courteous, and hard working. This move took 8 1/2 hours and they didn’t even take a lunch break. They were also great at improvising when we faced an issue with a stand up mirror jewelry box.
I used Eastern Moving Solutions for a move on December 20. Chris and his helpers were very dependable, efficient, and friendly. They arrived at the scheduled start time and they had everything moved more quickly than I anticipated. They took really great care of the breakable items—everything arrived safe and sound. I'm super pleased with how it everything from booking/reserving, to confirming, to the move worked out—these guys really know how to take the stress out of moving!
First time reviewer!! Normally too busy for this sort of thing. Eastern Moving Solutions, what can I say? Called them two years ago to move me. I decided the price at the time was expensive. I was worn by Ken, the office manager, to be …
I was blown away by how friendly, professional and helpful the team were. They worked quick but made sure to treat my furniture and possessions like their own. Made the process easy. Highly recommended!!!
