We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. Our furniture was heavily damaged. Nothing was packed properly. They will not answer calls and today after being on hold for 40 minutes for documents to be scanned and emailed to us, Robert came back on the line and told me he would not talk to me any more and hung up on me when I was trying to ask him one more question. He told me he would email to me what I needed so I can get them to an attorney but we have not received them.

Horrific moving experience with this company and I had to unfortunately go through it twice. The first time we had several damages to our old and new home. Later on it was confirmed by other staff of the company that the moving lead uses drugs and was high during the moves. We had to move again unexpectedly and they were the only company available so I gave it another shot which was a huge mistake. The moving crew stood around for hours doing absolutely nothing.
We had a horrible experience with Easy Moves! The guys finished packing my furniture in the truck at night. The truck was not large enough for all of my belongings. I had to make another trip to get items that did not fit. When it was time to pay, they did not have a credit card reader. So the movers, manually wrote down my credit card information. A couple days later "someone" fraudulently used that card to purchase an X-box. Some of my furniture was damaged and I have called their office 4 times to follow up.

We used easy moves last week and were thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and safety the crew used while handling our move. Nate, Matthew and Danyal did an amazing job making sure our belongings stayed safe and clean during the move. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
