Move Masters, LLC.

I just used Move Masters and was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend or use them again. I had a very expensive bedroom suite and they dropped my chest and it was severely damaged. By their own admission it was a “rookie mistake “! They “repaired” it but Kim made no attempt to offer any compensation for the chest being damaged and losing value. They moved an upright freezer that worked perfectly before it left on the truck. A few days later we go to the basement and discover water running from the freezer.

We purchased a safe from Marks Outdoors, who recommended Move Masters for delivery. During the initial call, Kim firmly quoted— $200 for delivery and $10 per stair — and asked whether their box truck could back into our driveway. I confirmed that it could, as we’ve recently had moving trucks twice that size back all the way to our front steps with no issue.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I scheduled a move with this company well in advance. ONE day prior to the scheduled move I received a text message saying “We have tried to call to confirm your move and got no answer or response to the voicemail we left. Due to no response we have removed this move from our schedule.” Obviously they have my correct contact information as I received the text, however, I had ZERO calls from them, ZERO voicemails, and no prior texts.

I booked this company for a job on a specific date, made all of the arrangements threw the the owner Kim and when no on called the day before to confirm like moving companies do I became concerned. I called there company to find out why I didn’t get a confirmation call, no one answered so I left a message. Waking up in a panic the day if my move, I called and spoke to Kim again and she didn’t have me booked.. I was so upset and the fact that she was so nonchalant made me even more upset..

Tried to hire Move Masters for a move after reaching out to Kim the owner several times both via email and phone calls I finally reached her today by phone. She explained to me she had talked with "my mother on the phone and since my mother did not seem happy with her, she was going to decline the move" . What a shame, business lost over a phone call. Lesson learned, don't believe all the reviews you read. The fact that it took you over a year to respond speaks volumes.

We bought a safe from Mark outdoors and they used move masters to deliver to us. First off they did not give us any heads up they were coming. Second the main guy was very rude and arrogant and after the fact proceeded to tell me that it would be a $10 charge per stairs. I would not recommend and will not be using again. It literally takes more energy to be rude than to be nice. We ended up leaving the small safe in our garage and we will pay someone else to move it in our house.

This is one of the worst moving companies, the owner Kim is one of the rudest people. I highly recommend using someone else. And she will probably defend herself and company by saying I didn’t have a move scheduled with them, but I sure did, and never will again if I move. PS: In response to the owner I do not know Amanda who you are referring, so check your facts, the BBB will be getting my complaint so we will see then.

Absolutely terrible. Read all the negative reviews. They are all the same. Horrible company. Bought a safe from Marks Outdoors. They will try to change the price at the last minute on you and act like they never quoted you a price. Rude customer service. Very unprofessional. You’d be better off getting another company.
