The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 18 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I will only use EcoBox from now on! Super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would recommend EcoBox for all your shipping needs.
I recently shipped some items here that I thought were going to be a huge pain but the owner Kim had a solution for all of it. She also went out of her way to help package what I had safely and securely and then she got me the cheapest best shipping rate possible. This will be the only place I'll use from now for all my boxing and shipping needs. Thank you so much for your help Kim!
EcoBox is awesome! As someone who has moved numerous times both in town and cross country, I'm so glad that I found EcoBox. They have a great selection of new & used boxes and very reasonable prices to match. You no longer need to hunt endlessly for free boxes that are often in bad shape or dirty or pay $$$ for new boxes from other stores. Just go to EcoBox!
I love mailing packages thru Eco Box, especially at this location.💕❤️ The ladies are always polite and explain anything I may have a question about. Awesome customer service.👌🏾👏🏾 And with the location right up from my house, I don't have to worry about going to the USPS👎🏾🤮
