In their own words
This place employs an individual at uhaul affiliate office that is rude, undisciplined, irresponsible, lacking common sense. The employee which is described as a male with tattoos on arms. The uhaul office opens at 8 am. The employee was telling customers he won't be able to help anyone until 9:30am. To include myself, other people made reservations for pick between 8 am and 9:30am. The employeed offered you either wait or go somewhere else.
We purchased uhaul moving supplies online with a store pickup for this place. Their hours were listed at 9:30am to open. We arrived at 9:50am and they were closed, with a sign that said be back at 2pm. We couldn't pick up our supplies and now have to dispute the charge. Such a hassel!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Great economical storage facilities. The employee at the office is responsive to your needs. Storage units are located outdoors. Therefore, not okay in the winter.
