Although the price was very good, the move was a disaster. The movers could not get everything on the 26’ truck even though they had come to see everything being moved beforehand. There was expensive furniture that wasn’t wrapped and damaged because “they ran out of blankets” There were items lost and things that disappeared. We were told they would reassemble everything but then they were annoyed when we asked them to do so.

They didn't show up at the scheduled time, so I moved everything myself. Useless, unprofessional, waste of time and money.
We’re sorry to hear you feel that way. However, it’s important to clarify a few key points. We did show up within the agreed-upon 4-hour time window. Unfortunately, you chose not to wait for our team, which meant you decided to handle the move yourself in just 45 minutes.
Complete bait and switch. Got a qoute for 1100.00, ended up having to pay 2300.00 bc they sent 3 movers and took 11 hours to move (previous company has 2 movers abs took only 6 hrs) They did not do the move in an orderly fashion, meaning 1 room moved, move on to the next and so on. They just bounced around hap hazzardly, with no real purpose. We did ask them to pack/ load the kitchen, which was a HUGE mistake.

Used these guys for a second time, but this time was awful. The owner was so unprofessional. Had said we would use the same rate as last time, but sent one less guy. Then, after attempting to talk out the miscommunication (loud cursing on his end), he said he would eat the cost if we went over the 3 hours. I was still charged for the 4 hours it took. The guys who showed up were awesome, but I will never use these services again. Bobby was absolutely rude and unprofessional.
I told you that it would be $160 an hour for two guys plus a truck to go to new Plymouth. The reason you had 3 guys on your previous job at that rate was because you paid an additional $200 for a safe fee and I added a 3rd guy to help with … More
We dont pay for brains. One of the first things they loaded were empty totes for packing, lol. Overall, solid team! Just make sure you supervise and have some touch-up paint ready. I shared the damage with them during loading when I called and emailed. They verified that they had moved me but said if the damage is not verified immediately that the insurance i got can not be used. Im out about $800 in repairs. Watch them closely.

Honestly horrible. I paid alot of money just for them to not be careful with my things and ignore everything i have said. I will not be recommending them to anyone else.

The team expertly navigated a last minute date change on my behalf. Arrived on time, unloaded my belongings with care and also ensure they weren’t damaging the house. They did a great, fast, and professional job unloading a truck that was loaded by others and even unwrapped furniture etc.
This review is long overdue! Bobby and his team are truly amazing. We moved from Socal to Boise and Bobby and his team showed up when they said they would, and delivered the truck to our new house on the scheduled day!! No 8-15 day arrival window like every other moving company I talked to. Communication the whole time and knew exactly when they would arrive. They went so far above and beyond for us. One of their guys even climbed a tree to get our kids tree swing down so we could move it!
Having Stetson and Race help us move was as good as having a ten man crew. They were extremely professional and polite, and went above and beyond to help us and they were careful and gentle with our stuff. If we move again in the future I would definitely hire them again.
The best experience! Phoned for unloading help and was scheduled and booked. "Race" showed up at 0959 for a 1000am appt. What a pleasure to meet such an energetic young man who was polite, engaging and full of energy! Race worked helping my husband unload the 26ft U-Haul truck as well as our pick up truck in 2 hours. He always offered to grab the heavy side placed each item where it went, never scratched or damaged anything and did so with such a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
