Followed your truck with the stickers plastered all over it to work this morning @ about 6:30. Friendly note....you are not good at texting and driving or you had to much to drink. You were crossing the lines on both sides of the lane. Not really a big deal, but there is a buss stop at one of the areas that you crossed the white line and luckily the two girls that usually stand too close to the road were not there yet this morning. They dodged a bullet this morning, "your truck".
Hey Chad Thank you for the heads up. With safety being our number one priority in moving hot tubs, and just overall I appreciate your note. We have spoken to this driver in the past and will absolutely do it again.
We made a deal to have the Spa and EZ Pad moved from one location to another. Jason forgot EZ Pad and never made good on our transaction. Leaving me to pay another company to take it apart, deliver it and put it back together. Until I save up money to have this done. My hot tub sits unusable. I used to praise his work, referred friends to him, but this is unacceptable. I am disabled and cannot do this on my own… You say you fix your mistakes, man up and fix this one, thank you.
That’s funny Kelly. Totally different tune when we were face to face. You literally admitted it was “your” fault that no EZ was mentioned to us. We typically only move hot tubs and would have helped you if was asked to. It takes extra work that wasn’t discussed originally.
Whoever was driving the company truck today was riding my butt on the freeway, I was already going 75 and he was behind me waving his hands like a crazy person motioning for me to move out of his way. Then he nearly ran a black Mercedes Benz off the road around the eagle exit! Probably should calm down and drive at a reasonable speed maybe even the speed limit especially since you have a trailer attached to your truck!
Thank you Shanna for your kind review. I have discussed it with my team members and we hope, with all that chaos, you are ok. Happy Hot Tub-in!

In their own words
We hired Boise Spa Movers to move a hot tub for us. It was such a fantastic experience we wanted to spread the word. From the moment I spoke with Jason he was very professional, quoted me a great price, and let me know more about them and their service. They showed up on time, moved the hot tub effortlessly, and fast! If you need a hot tub moved, call them, you'll be glad you did!
Too kind. Thank you Denise, it was our pleasure. Hope you have many new great memories in your new home. Happy Hot Tub-in!
This team is exceptional! We had purchased a hot tub and there were a few issues with our order, which the store had not resolved. Obviously this is not Boise Spa Movers' issues, it was with the store. Jonathan and team not only delivered our hot tub, but went far above and beyond his responsibilities in ensuring we were connected with the folks who could resolve our issues with the store. The actual delivery and set up went perfectly.
Wow! I love it! Now I have to give my guys a bonus at the end of the year and happy to do so. Thank you Laura. We appreciate you. Happy Hot Tub-in!
Operation Hot Tub Relocation was executed with outstanding precision and discipline. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and mission-ready. Their planning, communication, and coordination were textbook perfect. They assessed the terrain, maneuvered the hot tub through tight spaces, and carried out the transport without a single misstep. Both the extraction from the old location and the deployment at the new house were handled with expert care and zero damage.
Thank You Pedro! Wow, to take the time and write this great review, we truly appreciate your kindness. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Hot Tub-in!
Boise Spa Movers was exceptional. They arrived right when expected, were very professional and had all of the equipment necessary to move the spa quickly and efficiently. Jason and Dean were friendly and very knowledgeable. They had a tremendous attention to detail and took the time to place the spa in the perfect position both aesthetically, while being in-line with the stubbed electric. The emphasis was not on dropping it off and moving on to the next delivery, but on a quality service.
Thank you Ray! We appreciated the short amount of time we spent with you. You are the ideal client. We love our job. Happy Hot Tub-in!
