The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

What the complaints say
Moving goes wrong in a small number of specific ways. These are the ones reviewers describe in the low-star reviews we have read for Elite Anywhere, counted by matching the words they used.

Counted across the 2 one and two star reviews we have read for Elite Anywhere. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
In their own words
I truly would prefer to make a positive review, but that is not the case with Elite. I am a designer with a retail furniture store operation. The Elite Anywhere in Palm Springs Area failed in the most basic of tasks at their facility in the Palm Springs Area. This includes not inspecting products as they arrive when there was obvious damage to the containers the packaging arrived in, even though we pay for this service. As Elite is aware, there is a timeliness that must be kept in order to make a freight claim.
The five star reviews are from two people who work at the company. Stay away from elite at all costs. The company damaged several pieces of my property for which I purchased insurance. They have not paid the claim in over 4 months. Not a trustworthy company. Edit: The below response from Robert Sabo is a lie. He has had several conversations with me. Avoid using him at all costs. Restoration Hardware and others have canceled their contracts with him due to poor service.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Five stars across the board! We moved in to our winter home and Elite was professional and gave us amazing white glove service from receiving, inspection, delivery and installation. As an interior designer, Elite made this effortless for me to get us in our home on time and also remove any packing material. Elite gives true white glove service! I highly recommend them!!
Hi Scott, thank you so much for your review and five-star rating! We’re thrilled to hear that your experience with Elite was seamless and exceeded expectations. It was truly our pleasure to assist with your winter home and ensure everything … More
We had an unplanned and time sensitive need for a freight receiver and delivery service and Elite Anywhere stepped up and handled everything perfectly, from planning, to communication, to execution. The delivery and assembly team was exceptional, completing a complicated job in just a few hours and leaving the site with all the packaging materials. Highly recommend for any personal or commercial situation!
Hi, John, thank you for the review! Nothing makes us happier than a quality white-glove delivery experience. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. If you ever need anything in the future, don't hesitate to contact us. Enjoy!
Elite Anywhere is great logistics company. They offer variety of delivery services, from white glove to drop off deliveries. They also have warehouses should you need your items stored. I can recommend them to anyone.
If you are looking for services like warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping they are the best company for that. Highly Recommended!
