I provided all items that needed to be packed & moved and I was quoted 2-3 hours max for about no more than $500 and I was invoiced for double. The movers were rookies and took forever to move my 1 bedroom worth of items . My last movers completed the job within 2-3 hours. This job took almost 6 hours moving out into storage, I believe the company take their time to overcharge you and force you to pay high price.
I am livid. If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. I had three guys move me yesterday. I tried to support minority businesses and this was a mistake! I can’t help that it decided to pour down raining the day of my move. 1. They didn’t wrap my cream colored couch entirely, so the arm of my chair got dirty. I have had this couch for 5 years and have not had to clean it once because I am ALWAYS careful. It has gone through two professional, long moves and the move that’s local is the one that got it dirty. 2.

We recently used this moving company for the second time, the first time was almost 5 years ago. Once again they provided excellent service. The team was professional, prompt, and handled our belongings with great care throughout the entire move. The movers were courteous, hardworking, and very helpful. Their communication was excellent, and they worked efficiently while ensuring everything arrived safely.
The guys who moved my apartment did a fantastic job. They were quick but very careful, especially with the larger items that were very heavy or fragile. This company was very upfront with pricing and the total cost was very reasonable.
