In their own words
Not satisfied with their work at all. They came to pack up our home and after several conversations on the phone they still did not show up with any TV boxes and they forgot to pack half the kitchen. Once we arrived to our new home we have discovered a lot of our things are damaged due to shotty packing and wrapping. They wrapped our furniture in filthy wraps so everything is covered in black dirt, they didn't take anything apart so things were compromised during the move.
On the positive side, the packers were on time and fairly fast. But they used a ridiculous amount of paper and over-wrapped everything. We had mountains of paper because they used two sheets for even a one inch item, mounds of paper on top and bottom so they had to use way more boxes than necessary. Incredibly wasteful. But of course, they weren't paying for it. The movers were also on time and fast. My issue with them is they dented my brand new dresser by obviously putting something heavy on top.
Estimate vs. actual cost of moving significantly lower. Actual expense was 35% higher than estimate. Previous experience with Exodus and crews excellent, but this move (excluding the professional crews) was horrible.
UPDATE…the moving company took apart and then reassembled my dining room table. They took great care wrapping it up to put on the truck…HOWEVER…when they reassembled at my new place, they didn’t tighten the bolts for the legs and I tried to move it today and it fell apart (see pics). The other nuts on the legs were not tightened at all. I could get them off with my fingers. Not only do they STEAL your stuff, they also BREAK your stuff…and then rip you off.
Dear Jen Smith, First and foremost, we'd like to express our regret regarding the issues with your dining room table. It is our standard practice to disassemble and reassemble furniture with utmost care to ensure its safe transportation.
This was the absolute worst moving company I have ever used. The “boys” they sent to move my stuff came unprepared, and complained the entire time. They sat on the back of the truck and watched as we unloaded the freezer, instead of moving other stuff into the truck. They didn’t want to take my elliptical downstairs, and when I insisted they claimed they had no tools to help with the removal of the door to get the extra space they needed.
Mover came ON DRUGS and STOLE a trampoline, 5 surround sound speakers, and some shelves while we were not there. They did a TERRIBLE JOB. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. When confronted, the owner defended the thief. Your stuff would be safer if you lit it on fire rather than trusting this company. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY NEAR YOUR HOUSE OR ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT. UPDATE: It turns out the guy who stole the stuff was a handyman hired by Exodus, and he did return the stuff.
Staff very nice and professional including Kat and the owner. Owner came out for an in person estimate and was super helpful with moving tips and super friendly. Was promised an estimate for moving on that Friday, it didn't come. No worries, things happen and we all get busy. Got an email on Monday stating estimate would be delivered that day. It's still Wednesday and no estimate.
The company and the movers were courteous and friendly. However I would recommend paying for the top tier insurance they offer. The conversation about insurance was in the same breath as the fact that the longer the move takes the more it will cost. The comment about the insurance was if we went with the better insurance it would take them longer to move on account of the extra padding work. We made the mistake of going with the insurance included in the price and got burned.

In their own words
I recently had the pleasure of using Exodus Moving and Storage for my relocation to Fort Collins, and I must say, it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. From the moment I reached out to them, their team exhibited nothing but professionalism and efficiency. The customer service agent was top-notch. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing all my queries and concerns with patience and clarity. The level of communication leading up to the move was exemplary.
Hi Micah, We're overjoyed to hear that your move to Fort Collins with Exodus Moving and Storage was a breeze! Your kind words about our customer service and moving crew mean the world to us. It's fantastic to know you felt supported from the first inquiry to the final move.
The two gentleman who were assigned worked incredibly hard to move all of our furniture and stuff. They were very careful with boxes. Nothing broke, nor sketched. A real professional team of movers. We moved from Littleton to Lakewood on 6/10/17. The charges were as quoted. We're very very satisfied with Exodus Moving and Storage, and happy to recommend it anyone. Thank you Exodus!!!.
Sarolta, here at Exodus Moving & Storage we strive to provide you Peace of Mind, All in One Piece. We are delighted to hear that we were able to fulfill that statement with your move! We appreciate your recommendations and kind words. Thank you for this great feedback!
My partner and I moved our 5000 sqft home 1700 miles (Maryland to Colorado) and we can't say enough good things about how positive our experience was with Exodus from start to finish. Iilan and his team (Mary Alice, Emily, and Carlos) were always available by call or text to answer questions and worked with us via FaceTime to get our estimate and moving dates correct. The highlight of our experience was our moving team coordinators Alicia and Mike Martinez.
My husband and I used Exodus to move from Fort Collins to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The packing crew did a great job making sure everything was packed safely to prevent anything from breaking. They were very quick in getting our 2 bedroom apartment packed into a hundred or so boxes. The next day, the loading crew came and loaded all of our things onto a semi trailer. Again, these guys were quick and efficient and very careful in making sure things were packed snuggly to prevent any damage.
