I had them help me move & they broke large pieces off my TV. The men offered to glue it back together & was even missing a lot of the pieces. NO the TV wasn't like that when they picked it up. I called numerous times about pricing for my TV. Mr. Franklin kept saying my TV was old & wasn't worth that much. The TV worked just fine. They offered to give me one at the store...they did not know the resolutions for the TV's and did not have remotes for them either. There is nothing wrong with my TV as far as playing.
Worst moving company I've ever dealt with. First, they show up two hours ahead of schedule, (causing me to pay more out of pocket) when I wasn't even home, yet. Next, they dropped one of my speakers on the hardwood floor. I was pretty pissed about that, because I use that same speaker when I DJ on the weekends. And finally, I had a small turtle shell (that I found in the woods years before) end up missing when I got to my destination. I understand the shell was cool and all, but don't steal from me.
Bad experience! first, I had to talk to multiple people to get the whole process on the movers portion. It required 4 people and everybody has to "confer" with the other about the different stories. Then the "head mover" tried to tell me they arrived and started at an earlier time. I refused to pay the extra since that was not true. Plus, he spent more time on the phone with his so-called supervisor. Whoever, he is talking to just prevented him from working at the site.
Damn shame you bring someone from out of town to there program to waste gas and then your ride has to go to the restroom and they are diabetic to be told to go to Walmart smmfh.Also.the fact that they were contacted while the person was still in detox and they say yes to then say no after a 2 hour drive is bananas

We used Exodus Works to help us set up and take down for an event we were having on a Saturday afternoon/evening. They showed up a few minutes early and were so friendly and eager to work. Those guys worked really hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!
Ange, Jonathan, and the entire team were excellent to work with on our move. They communicated with us, were friendly and handled our items with care. We were highly impressed with the Exodus team and would recommend anyone who is looking for help with moving.
I recently have used Exodus Works on 2 separate occasions. They have been top notch, from Angie scheduling jobs reasonably and efficiently, to the guys going above and beyond. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Exodus Homes is truly my savior and grace!! I am 6 years sober and clean and have built an entire life from absolutely nothing and all because of Exodus Homes!! Rev. Longcrier believed in me before I believed in myself!! Being a part of Exodus Works as the administrator also gave me the tools to find myself in the workplace and helping in the Thrift Store that it's a great place to shop!!
