I honestly have no idea how this company has such high reviews. By far the worst moving experience I've ever had. First off they tried to tell their boss our 2 bedroom basement suite was a 4 bedroom to upcharge us, refused to move anything for the first half hour (which they also tried to charge us for, them standing around for 30 mins instead of working). Then they were quite rough with our things, multiple things had broken when boxes had said fragile, we literally watched them throw the boxes into the truck.

I recommend folks considering this company look elsewhere to avoid having to deal with the nonsense that ensues when their movers cause damage and they don’t want to admit it. This moving company had a truck damage my parked vehicle and both the driver and owner of the company, Hooman, denied it. Unfortunately, the combined brains of the 3 person moving team and my new upstairs neighbours who hired them wasn’t enough for the bunch to recognize that backing a large 7 ton truck in a two car driveway wasn’t a good…

Customer beware. They showed up to pick up my stuff 3 hours late. By the time they got to my home they were all exhausted and careless so they chipped and wrecked a lot of my property and items, they said in my invoice wrapping in plastic and blankets was included in the service but i had to stand there and tell them what to wrap only to be met with exasperation. I paid upwards of 2,700 for my move. Very unhappy with the customer service and the moving service itself.
None of my stuff was handled with care. In this economy we have to preserve and protect what we have. Don't waste your money on these "movers" they're not professional and they don't seem to know what they're doing at all.
