Update: Our later experience with this company was VERY disappointed. We requested the same crew but didn't know the lead we liked was no longer with the company. The stored items were poorly wrapped. We noticed this because even though they agreed to keep the items protected with their blankets, some furniture items had gross white stains all over them. The new crew also caused several damages to our new walls, door frames, and brand new hardwood floors (along with several missing furniture pieces)!!
I did not have a very good experience with Moving Butlers. They arrived on time, nothing to say. But they damaged the floor in the old property, and scratched two walls in my new property. I had to pay the buyer to fix it. Two of the three guys vaped all the time, smelled like weed. They were very out of shape. When they finished they tried to charge me more money, and I had to call the manager, he seemed pretty confused as he said he didn’t know at what time I booked the service (?), pretty weird
Not sure how to address these individuals because it’s clearly not a legitimate moving company. There dishonesty and lack of professionalism cost me a lot of time and money that I had not planned for. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

It’s been about a month since we used Moving Butlers, and I wanted to come back and write an honest follow up review. I was in charge of organizing my brother’s move from Coquitlam to Alberta since he doesn’t live here, and honestly, it was a big one. He has a lifetime collection of artwork, plus everything from small boxes to furniture, and even his favorite car needed to be transported.
