We weren’t very happy with our service. The amount of time they quote you is not the amount of time you pay for - it’s way more. Even tho you give them all the information. And when they get there they start talking about how you have more more stuff than they expected for a 2 bedroom apartment. We were quoted 700-900 and ended up paying 1600! So basically it’s double. It went from apartment to storage. Also he kept asking if we want this or that and “this is old so you should get rid of it…. I can take it”.

why do you say my review is fake? is that how your customer service works? you really need a better person than Alex! he is unprofessional, rude, slow. if you want to pay a lot for a bad service, go with Alex and his team

I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with this moving company. They took a $200 deposit without ever visiting my home or properly assessing the property or the items that needed to be moved. On moving day, they arrived two hours late, and once they saw that the house was on a slope, they suddenly said they could not do the move. At the last minute they told me that if I canceled, I would lose my deposit, which left me with no choice but to continue.

This was a pretty short and simple move in my eyes, only two people were needed to move items from my house into the storage, so I assumed I only needed two people to move them back. We agreed the work would take 3 hours, and that the rate would be 130/hr with a 50 dollar travelling fee. Traveling a 16km distance within the city limit in 15 minutes means driving with a speed of 64km /hr NON-STOP from pixel A to the pixel Z of the entire distance; this is while we all know that the maximum allowed speed limit in the city is 50 km /hr.

I recently used this company for my move and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. Alex and his team handled the packing, unpacking, and cleaning of my home, and everything was absolutely perfect.
