Horrible experience. They were subcontracted for a cross country move and said they would come a day earlier than agreed upon. When I asked for them to come later they said it was not possible. They then packed up our stuff that was supposed to come with us on our flight so our three children (6 and under) had none of their possessions adding increased stress. They then came two weeks after promised. When they showed up they had two movers for moving a five bedroom house and came at 4 PM.
Worst company ever for moving. They arrive when they feel like it and then take another 2 weeks to then deliver. RUN RUN RUN AND DO T LOOK BACK. Customer service manager is very rude and will try to out talk you. I Highly recommend that you …
Worst experience! Started out fine, until moving day! Under duress do to us needing to move the day we scheduled over a month out. We were quoted a price, price went up over $1000! Over a $1000! I would have went with a more upfront mover …
Warning for anyone using this company!! I hired them through a Broker and the experience was far from good. Please pay attention to your contracts as I paid for full service and received par below bad service. When the driver came to deliver he had no helpers. He moved all my belongings alone and in the process cracked a $4000.00 Amish bureau in half. After 6+ months of waiting an unreasonable number was accepted and has YET to be paid.
The price kept going up at the last minute, calls were either not returned, or ppl were very nasty, even insulting. Damage to some of our items were photographed, and put in writing, after multiple calls , we were told they were already damaged prior to the move. We have pics!!! Some of our items were strapped to the back of the sleeper cab of the truck, causing damage to our furniture!. We were informed that we had to pay additional money for bulk items the day of the move!!
Lost boxes, lost 65 inch tv, could not keep track of payments they had, and 12 day delivery time turned into almost 6 weeks. Never received a penny for anything they lost.
Called to ask a question about moving guy treated me like an idiot. Not professional. Would have appreciated an answer and not treated like an idiot for calling to ask.

Another outstanding experience with Express Long Distance Moving. This was our biggest and most complicated local move so far, and the team exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time with multiple trucks, worked together seamlessly, wrapped our antique furniture with great care, and confirmed where every item should be placed before unloading. Everyone was courteous, organized, and efficient from booking until the final cleanup. Highly recommended.
We hired Express Moving to move furniture, household belongings, and outdoor items from my mother-in-law's house to ours. Communication was excellent from the first phone call through the completion of the move. We added a few extra items and even used their haul-away service without any issues. Daniel, Miguel, and Hector called before arriving, showed up on time, packed everything securely, and worked nonstop until the job was finished. Before leaving, they made sure every item was placed in the correct room.
