This is a terrible company. I highly recommend avoiding them. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I initially contacted a sales representative named Kasey, who was very pleasant to talk to but unfortunately did not provide me with accurate information about their business practices. I needed help moving my 75-year-old mother to her new home and informed Kasey that I wouldn't be able to be present during the move.
