They were flexible with scheduling and were responsive with getting us a quote, but that’s where the good ends. We hired them for a pack and move. The packing was horrible. They didn’t wrap any picture frames or anything else breakable. We had several broken dishes and cracked glass. We also had a price of furniture that was cracked down the side.
CONSUMER ALERT: Worst movers ever. They brought a smaller truck than needed, without enough people and we had to go back and forth. They even loaded our property in their personal pickup truck. As a result, multiple damages happened on our property. Not to mention they damaged an over $5K dining buffet, and we pointed out multiple times to Matt that they should be extra careful with our dining set because it is dear to us.

When removing a washer as dryer from a home they neglected to shut off the water valves. When they water was turned on the upper floor was partially flooded. They refused to take responsibility. Company can't be trusted. Would never ever recommend.

Hello Sir. You contacted us for an estimate for your move to North Carolina. We came out the same day to give the estimate. You then reached out to us to confirm that you'd like to book. You gave a non refundable $500 deposit to secure our services for the end of October.

Communication with Matt throughout the planning process was clear, timely, and professional, which helped us feel confident and well-prepared for moving day. On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time and handled everything with care. They were courteous, respectful of our home and belongings, and worked efficiently throughout the day.

I purchased a VERY heavy item (China cabinet with buffet) Solid Mahogany on marketplace. I was extremely pleased with their pricing. The owner Matt is so easy to get in touch with and responds so quickly to any questions you have. Day of delivery, I was contacted by Matt as well as by the crew and told several ETA's so I was aware of exactly when they were going to show up. Pleasantly Pleased to see a crew of three and very pleasant, polite individuals as well. No damage at all to either home or item .

UPDATED:HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had to move quickly and contacted Matt around Wednesday and were able to set up a move very quickly for Saturday. Very fair pricing and very professional. The team of two movers arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were also very frienly and professional. They also moved everything very quickly and handled our things with care. Definitely deserve the 5 star review. We were moving pretty quickly and it was easy to set up a date and time for our move.
