In their own words
This move was a disaster from the time they showed up a half hour later than the scheduled start time. I started by asking them to load the furniture last so it would come off it first. I was told they could not do that because they needed to balance the truck. When they arrived 1.5 hours later than the scheduled finish time, I asked again for them to bring the furniture in firs. They said they would bring things in as they came off the truck.
Unfortunately everything seemed great until I had to cancel and was never refunded my deposit. I contacted them 3 times and still never got my refund. Highly recommend not giving a deposit as they apparently like to scam people out of money.
Yes Ronnie your deposit request did go through a little late but it was relinquished as you did call in the required grace period required for a refund. Everything was great at first as you said, as we have been serving the area in an honest manner for decades now.
**Would give it NO stars if I could** We moved yesterday. We thought we’d get a moving company to make it easier on combining two condos & it would all be moved for us. So we used Ron's Moving company for both moves. Big mistake. HUGE mistake. I got a quote for just about $1400 to move my stuff from Bucks to Cherry Hill, NJ. I said, that’s not bad & booked them for Saturday, 8/1. Fast forward to Sunday, 8/2..
John and Gilly arrived at my apartment I just moved out of to remove a few items of furniture that we no longer wanted to keep. When John was in the bedroom, Gilly was speaking to me from my living room with his privates exposed pulled through his open fly. He was asking me questions while I clearly had my head down trying to not look at him. After the furniture was removed I said I had to follow them out and leave because I was trying to remove myself as fast as possible after this experience.
We booked these movers for a move out of my deceased father’s apartment. They canceled on us the morning of the move, blaming it on the potentially bad weather (even though the weather forecast did not call for anything but cold temperatures and this was expected all week). Our family did the move ourselves that day with no weather impact whatsoever. It saved us money but added so much stress to an already difficult situation. You can book them, but you cannot count on them to show up!

Well guys, we are sorry we couldn't accommodate your moving needs and we wish Jessica a speedy recovery from her surgery. Though your move is only 10 minutes from origin to destination, Mays Landing is over an hour away from us by truck and your destination in Hammonton is 45 minutes from us.

NO!!! STARS!!! Worst experience of my life. DO MOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They broke my monitor, aquarium decor, ripped my love seat and wiggled out of reimbursement.
