2 times in 6 months a break into the facility and stole or damaged my property. The final straw is the manager saying I have no way to help you. Do not rent a space of dirt from them as the security is nill.

I rented a unit early morning of Sunday because my other unit in Richland is full and need d emergency storage of some office stuff. Did everything online paid and was waiting for my information via email. But no it said I had to wait till the office is open to go in. All other ones I’ve rented has been online and I get my information sent to me via email. I will call to cancel mine on Monday. So disappointed

Avoid at all costs. The facility itself is pretty and seems safe but the jerk manager is not worth the hassle. The manager needs a course in being polite. I am not even sure why he is allowed to deal with customers or why he opens his …

Contact terminated. Owner building indoor storage where rv lot is. 30 days to get out. No other outdoor spaces available. Not very nice!
