Clean facility and nice but beware of hidden rental increase annually. They will ask people to give them 5 stars on google for a discount on their next bill cycle so most of it is not true. They will lie and give you the run around on why the rentals will increase and you will try and negotiate with them and will take 2 days to respond so you go into your next bill cycle.

Once again lowering my rating. They jacked up the price of my unit from $104 to $169. Its like they're trying to price tenants who regularly pay their bill and stay long term to make room for the RV park during the summer. You make zero improvements to the property and have left the security gate open for days, broken. Time to go somewhere else.

Shady business that uses bait and switch tactics and hidden fees. They raised the price of the rental and then in exchange for a positive review, said they would not enforce the 30 days written notice policy for cancellation. Do not believe the 5 star reviews. They are bought and paid for.
Had to move very quickly, and was able to easily get a storage for my needs, and it’s been smooth since I moved my stuff in. Very pleased with my overall experience. Now after months of using their storage they’re upping the cost by 40$, crazy to me. I’m changing my storage now. You can find another storage for much less than they’re trying to charge now with all the same quality that they offer. After looking through other reviews it seems they do this after you’ve been with them for awhile.

We've been customers since 2021 w/the same unit the entire time. The price began at $99, this being the 3rd or 4th price hike is now $209 for a 10 x10 unit (not climate controlled). Their website says there's an alarm. I've never seen it …

Do not use for U-Haul!!!! Had appointment at 1 to pick up a U-Haul and employee were “off on lunch till 1:45”. Waited till 2 and still closed on lunch. Supposed to be open and had to cancel my reservation for another one.

Lots of hidden fees. They jacked up the price, I cancelled, then they offered to waive the cancellation fee if I leave them a positive review. No wonder they have so many 5 star reviews...Don't believe them all.

Storage rent went from $89 to $169 in the last 2 years. Seems to have no one to answer the phone when I call. 03/29/2024 update storage unit price now went up to $205 WHAT DO I DO TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE HERE?
