Like another comment said if you fall behind and only one month they will add all these fees that are bullshit fees and they’re just take the money and they don’t even report it as you paid. This has happened more than once. I’m literally getting my shit and getting out of the storage place and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to rent from here. I would rent from a scammer before I rent from here because that’s exactly what they are.
Was a good experience. As soon as I used their website to rent the storage unit someone called right away to offer help getting everything set up. Person working when I arrived was really nice and helpful. Edit. So after a couple of years now my rental cost is almost tripled since I got the unit. But new renters are still at the lower cost.

The facility is nice. I'll give them that. They do have a nice fenced in security with easy access and cameras. However, over the time I have had my account with them I have had to reach out to them for communication about my account several times by phone or email. Many of these times I was blown off for days, or not called back, and only when I reached out angry over their lack of communication did I ever get any resolution. This bad review is not for the facility, its for the management and customer service.

They will scam you. They will led you to believe they are working with you and helping you out giving you one date that everything is due but auction your property days before the date they give you. Then send you a certified letter 5 days after they sell your stuff. While you thought everything was ok and your stuff was safe they are cutting your lock and selling it. Don't recommend this place to anyone.
Manager is not responsive to phone calls, and issues. The main office is often not staffed during business hours. Had someone park their RV in my spot, management would not get them to move. Over the 14 months that we rented from them my RV rent doubled. My RV rent started at $69, by the time I left they raised the rent to $139. Finally had enough and found another place to do business with.
They are greedy money hungry liars. Do NOT store your stuff here. If you fall behind a month they will lie to you. They will say you have till the 1st and sell your stuff on the 29th before the 1st even comes around and then they will send …

Ryders is a great place to store your RV! I have been here for years and appreciate the great customer service. They now have a device you can put in your RV called Storage defender. Its essentially a motion detection device. What peace of mind. Highly recommend.
