I hired a company operating as Extra Mile Movers, run by Ryan Hampton, to move my 82-year-old grandmother in Palm Springs, CA. Unfortunately, the experience raised serious concerns. During the move, her TV was damaged and now only displays a white screen when powered on. In addition, the entire top surface of an antique dresser was scratched. When I contacted Ryan to report the damage and request insurance information, I was initially told the items were already in that condition.
Hi Christine, I’m sorry this happened to your grandmother. I do not recall ever speaking to you or moving your grandmother. When did this move take place. If you’d like to call me or email me feel free to do so and we can get this sorted out.
