In their own words
100% do not recommend. Their website says they are specialized in heavy item moving. They are not. Substantial damage to a (heavy) armoire & bed frame that ($5,000 bedroom suite) that I have moved many times without issue. Also substantial damage to the walls of the place I was moving out of. I should have taken apart the bed frame myself rather than leave it to “experienced” movers. Very dissatisfied with the ability & efficiency of the movers and lack of care given to my belongings.
