DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICES FROM THIS LOCATION. You will be overcharged for the managements mistake. Once I moved out of the storage unit, I had called the office to confirm I was removed from their system. They had 100% reassured me that I was completely moved out, they had removed my lock, opened it up for another renter to use it, and I was completely out of the system and would not be charged for the following months.
The same trash stayed in front of my unit for a few weeks so they don’t clean often. Sometimes I hear animal noises, don’t know if it’s chirping from a bird that stuck or mice. Dead bugs stay in my storage hallway. And I’ve been denied access twice costing me uhaul fees, plus other money lost. I’m a very unhappy renter if there was another storage facility with openings near by I would leave in a heartbeat!

not even 1 star seriously i buy units they sold me a unit full of trash for 300 and wouldn’t give me none of my money back just called fox 2 i would not let this go that easy cause i don’t purchase trash literally empty boxes , paper an all like it was for trash an they sold it to me

Called today to rent a unit for one month. Website advertises a “50% off discount on the first month for first time users”. No mention of a required length of time. I was quoted the 50% price for one month. Then the DM revoked it. …
Poor customer service. Store manager has a negative and abrasive disposition. Management lacks flexibility and humanity.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with renting a storage unit—and I’ve rented dozens over the past three decades. Greg took time to show me the different sizes and answer questions. He even stayed a little after he was supposed to leave to complete the process. If the rental experience is even half as good as the check in I will be thrilled.
