I purchased the Easy Pak Box Kit on February 9 2024 . I was so excited to see everything in one box. The box shows price of 53.00 ! Now as the sales manager picks this box up and carries it to my vehicle I said 53.00 but you charged me 77.37. Her response was Oh that's an old price . Well I said thank you taking this big box to my vehicle I'm a Old Lady 68 yrs old and have a good day. Now I think I was RIPPED OFF!!!! Do Not purchase from this Place 😐 especially if you are a OLD LADY!!!! See attachments

I rented two units at Michigan Storage Centers III and gave proper notice within their 10-day policy. When I returned, I found out they only closed one unit—leaving the other active, which could have cost me $259. I only avoided being charged because I caught their mistake in person. On top of that, the customer service (Tori) manager was very rude and dismissive when I addressed it. Be careful and double-check your account—don’t assume they handled it correctly. ⸻

The manager is rude! Disrespectful and has a attitude problem. She doesn’t train the staff correctly, therefore they will tell you one thing and then she will tell you another. Hallways to units was dirty, elevator was dirty. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Don’t waste your money here when they don’t appreciate the business, go to public storage next door.

William, At Michigan Storage Centers we work hard every day to provide our customers with quality customer service and a nice storage unit. We have looked in our records and do not find you in our storage system as a current or past customer.
They charge a $250 cleaning deposit when you buy a storage unit in the auction. This is a ridiculous amount. The average is $100 and multiple places don't charge at all. This was a dumb move as now I will not bid on units here. If someone …
We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding the cleaning deposit for storage unit auctions. It's important to note that while some facilities may have different policies, each establishment reserves the right to set its own terms and conditions for auctions.
The storage facility may be fine but don't purchase Uhual boxes from this location. They are overpriced and do not accept returns on unused boxes. If you don't mind driving just a 1/2 mile away you'll get out cheaper.
We only purchase our boxes through U-Haul. We sell them independently though our storage business. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on merchandise and boxes. Thank you for leaving your review.
I removed my stuff today. The unit had roaches, and gnats.... I can't put my belonging in here. I'm afraid the roaches will nest etc.

I had to cheat and write a second review under my other email profile because I am not able to write two reviews! But baby let me tell you I love them bad!!!!! I had to transfer my storage unit to a bigger and better size to accommodate my furniture!! Tori helped me out without any hesitation and I still saved money that I didn’t have!!!!
