Easy to book, very flexible with my schedule. Excellent communication! The crew was professional, thorough and efficient. Very careful as well. Not one wall was scuffed or damaged! I will definitely call Fair Rate Movers for future jobs.
Travis and Jolene of Fair Rate Movers exceeded my expectations today! They picked up furniture and household items from a storage unit in Citrus County and brought it to my home in Palm Beach County. Travis had to cut off the lock on the unit, as the real estate agent, who had rented the unit on my behalf, had forgotten the combination to the lock. No worries! Earlier, Ryan at Fair Rate had coordinated with the agent to meet his crew to give them some items that hadn't made it in to the unit.
What more can we say that everyone else already has? FAIR RATE MOVERS is just that! Fair in price, quality, and service! In a nutshell, customers receive superior care at an unprecedented hourly rate. The owner, Ryan Long, is super sensational -- warm, friendly, understanding, personable, and approachable! This was only the third time ever using a moving company, as I have always been a hands on / do it yourself kind of guy. However, after having several operations, I have had to come to terms with my own physical limitations. Needless to say, I decided to hire a mover. I had previously had a far less than pleasant experience with another company, and was not wanting a repeat of that,( as you can imagine.) After calling around and getting several estimates, five in total as recommended by my realtor.
