My experience with UF Mover Guys was horrible. They packed my Pod to be delivered out of state. Boxes marked "fragile" was placed at the bottom with heavy boxes over. They broke several boxes that way. They were done 11am and said they had to go and get bunge cords to tie everything down and didn't come back until 11pm!! And that was after me placing several phone calls to them. I have sent pictures to management, but never heard anything back from them.
I am always extra cautious when it comes to hiring movers. I had assumed with the reputation they had, that it would be a smooth and trustworthy experience. I was wrong. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the unprofessionalism of their administration. I paid the travel fee via card and the labor cost in cash after the move was completed, and shook hands with the mover as everything was done.

The movers were very nice and they did a good job. But I was quoted $510 for a local move for a minimal amount of furniture and had to pay over $900 plus I gave a $60 tip. Wouldn’t have used the service if I knew the difference price difference would be so large. My estimate said $510 for 2-3 hours. Well the move took 3 hours and 45 minute and jumped over $400 in price. Not worth it..
Movers are leaving all cardboard boxes blocking exits, this is extremely unacceptable and a huge fire hazard (heard one of the guys acknowledge it as well when I was passing by). It is now Sunday and most of these boxes have been here in the hallways since FRIDAY. Unacceptable!!
Hi Evelyn, sorry that all the cardboard and trash inconvenienced you. We made the best of a difficult situation on this job. Trying to install all brand new furniture in over 35 apartments while they're occupied already isn't ideal for anyone.
The movers did great they are NOT my issue the management is. Long story short I missed a call to go over the details about my move a man I assume one of the managers was soupy to call me back never did. A few days later come my move day it …
Client was told no less than 5 times that there was a 2 hour minimum. 4 of those were in writing before the move. We called 2 days before the move to confirm all of the details again and never got a call back. We have an answering service that answers well after hours.

Catherine, I apologize for the confusion. We had you piggy backing on a load that had the main customer pull out at the last minute. I know this was inconvenient, but to take your stuff up by itself would have cost much more than you wanted to pay.

I understand your frustration Beth, but moving is difficult and because of this we do the most we can to prevent problems. The best way is to wrap items in furniture pads. We recommend 2 per item and have them avail at no cost.
Moved me back in the beginning of the year. There was damage to some items which they agreed to take care of take care of. After several texts I was ghosted. I would NOT recommend this company for your moving needs. Not very reliable!!!

In the past, I have always used friends and family to help move to a new place. This time, especially because furniture was going to the second floor of a condo that was in a different city, I bit the bullet and hired a moving company. It was the best money I have ever spent. They sent 3 people (shout out to Easy and his crew!). They showed up right on time, were extremely pleasant, super professional, wrapped everything like it was priceless, and made the entire experience absolutely simple.

Absolutely fantastic moving experience! The entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They were extremely cautious with all of my belongings and took the time to make sure everything was handled carefully, including several very large and heavy pieces. What impressed me most was how diligently they worked throughout a long moving day. They never seemed to slow down, maintained a great attitude, and treated my belongings and my new home with care and respect.

I hired UF Mover Guys to move my daughter out of her apartment. They are storing her things until she can move into her next place. This will be my sixth year as a Gator Mom and I wish I had found UG Mover Guys sooner! This was the best experience. DJ, Mason and Alex C. arrived on time and were exceptional.
