This company did not live up to its reviews. They showed up 2 hours late to start and took HOURS to load the truck with 3 people and a 1500 sq foot house. They did not load all of our furniture or boxes either despite having two trucks and didn’t communicate with us what they left behind or why. They left our back door open after leaving as well.

Used their service to move some commercial furniture to a new office location. The contract agreement was for: 1. Disassembly of office furniture 2. Moving 3. Reassembly of office furniture During the move, I forgot some parts needed for furniture reassembly. I discussed this with Jason Ponder, the point of contact for Faith Moving, and he acknowledged the mistake and said would send out two guys for reassembly in a later date. Ever since then, he has been avoiding my texts and calls.

Horrible company. I waited over 3 hours for this company to provide moving services that we agreed on 3 days prior. I had to call and text several times before I got a response from the owner. He let me know he was "working out" thats why he didn't pickup. Than he was on a Zoom call. They provided zero service and when talking to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY his response was "Awww thanks so much Todd we appreciate you" It confesses me on how someone who failed at provided service and had a customer wait hours has the…

The guys were not professionals, as I was told. They smelled like smoke, and I was told they didn't smoke. Not to mention they were not careful with my furniture, by dragging it on the nasty elevator floor. Also, the one guy had an attitude for no reason, and snapped at me. You have done a move for me Jason. I am well aware of what company I use. Thank you.

We have used this company like 4 times for different moves. I've been able to get them scheduled on short notice and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price. I look back on other moves and think how much smoother it would have went if I had them. The guys were super nice and worked fast. I can't say enough about how good this company is.
