Worse experience ever! Was told they would come out on a Friday to give me a quote and they cancelled the day of stating something came up. Rescheduled for Sunday, Kerstin & Tim came out looked at 3 bedroom apt, called some of my furniture flimsy which was kinda rude but whatever, we agreed on 4 men for 6 hours and agreed on the price (which was triple the price she quoted me but whatever I still agreed to pay) and everything before they left.

DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE WITH THE RATINGS THEY ARE A RIP OFF, THEY STEAL MATERIAL BOXES AND WRAPPING PAPERS KNOWIN THE MATERIAL WASNT THEIRS. NEED IT FOR THE NEXT PROJECT. I was quoted one price but ultimately charged more, largely due to inefficiencies despite a four person crew. Additionally, some of my new boxes were taken and never returned. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

As our first time using movers, we were incredibly stressed about who to choose. It seemed like everyone had horror stories and terrible things to say about every company. After looking around online we decided to go with Magic Movers and I am so so happy we did. Kerstin at the office was so sweet and understanding when we had to reschedule due to our HVAC dying. Magic Movers ATL helped me move into my apartment three years ago and I said I’d never use another mover. Now they’ve helped me move into my new home. This move was just as seamless as the last; I had the same excellent service, same care taken with my furniture, and an stress-free day. Kerstin was responsive and helpful booking the day, and my moving crew, Tim, Teiawon, and Napoleon, were amazing. I cannot recommend a moving company or this crew more.

This was one of the only moving companies that provided a clear baseline quote upfront — no extra calls, no hoops to jump through — and I really appreciated that. I worked with Kerstin throughout the scheduling process, and they were consistently courteous and quick to respond, always within 24 hours. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, came fully prepared with dollies, blankets, tape, and straps, and worked efficiently from start to finish.
