This used to be a decent storage facility, but it is NO LONGER SAFE. My storage rental was broken into and management didn’t inform me and showed no concern about my stolen items. If you value your property go somewhere else.
I am truly sorry to hear about your negative experience at our facility. The safety and security of our storage units are of utmost importance, and it's definitely concerning to hear about your stolen items and lack of communication from management.
They have a serious rat/mouse problem and management does not care. I reported it to the lady with glasses that I spoke to, and nothing was done. Do not rent from these people.I personally do not have a storage unit with them, but a relative does. The storage units are indoors, and you can literally hear the rats before you even reach the unit.

I rented a climate controlled unit for 5 years. I had to move all my stuff from one building to another due to AC failures only to be disappointed by the owner's definition of climate control. If 87° is ok for your stuff the rate is not bad. Every time I complained about the temperature I got a different excuse or promise it would be reported but nothing was ever done. I'm out and won't be back!

I loss everything including my job I paid a lil here and there for storage due to me resigning from my job due to epilepsy and couldn't afford the late charges now I got to come up with 4 something or my stuff is going to be auction off

People are actually living inside of these storage units. Not safe and unacceptable!! So much traffic is coming in and out of the gate to the point where the gate is torn up now noone stuff is property secured.
