This has been an extremely difficult and distressing experience. The pest problem has caused significant damage to my belongings, including clothing, furniture, and bedding. The rats have contaminated many items with droppings and urine. Additionally, they have damaged my mattress and taken refuge in the box springs. I was advised to file a claim; however, most of my belongings, including essential items, are in areas affected by waste.
This is the worst place to get a storage with. The price increase out of nowhere, they say that the price increase in the contract but didn’t say that rats was in the contract. This place is horrible I will not rent a unit from them again. Also, I didn’t stay the whole month with them and I still hate pay the whole bill instead of it being prorated. My bill went from $80 to $140 like not $10 extra dollars this place is a rip off.
Can't get anyone to answer the phone or the door during normal business hours on a Monday. The roof insulation over the storage unit has fallen apart and degraded to the point of fluff on the floor. I don't want to keep my stuff there and come back to it buried in this. If someone had answered we gladly would've just switched to another storage unit but we'll be going somewhere else and getting a refund.

Misleading Advertising! Website says 1st month free. But charge you a 29.99 admin fee which is more than what the rent would be.
