Real bad bad bad managing of the deliveries. They will mess up your appointment time and your next load. My next load got cancelled because they made mistake. Absolutely slow. Doesn’t take that long to unload empty cans. They take their sweet time with smoking and meetings in the middle of the day.
I don’t know how they got 5 stars, they don’t even deserve 1 star got dock 9 am and finished 2 pm This place is crazy, you can take your 10 hour at dock while they are unloading at Tortoise speed No one anywhere to find
Cane here at 9:30 am for 11am empty cans live unload appointment , got a turn and backed to a door by 12:43pm , started unloading at 2:21 pm, checked out till 3 pm , so slow for and made me miss my next load
Posted times for Saturday are wrong if you are there by 12:00 noon on Saturday they will be closed and will not unload your trailer... I got there at 12:05 today and I was told that they were closed.
Terrible place, appointment or not you will be here half a day at least, the guy at check in acts like you work for him and doesn’t give an ounce of respect or deserves any himself.
I don't know who's loading more—it's just that they work very slowly here. There are a lot of trucks in the queue. I arrived at 8 AM, and now it's already 11.
Who do they think they are wasting our time like this! Not even the courtesy to explain or at least make up an excuse. Avoid this place like the plague!!
I was waiting 5 hours to get a door and then it took them to unload 4 more hours. Be careful here otherwise you will mess up your whole day.

I deliver here a few times over the years, always goes without a hitch. 1 thing to keep in mind however; They assign a door and if its busy, you must watch for your turn. 4 stars only because a phone call would be great so a guy can get a few winks. Thanks for the prompt, professional work, Interstate Wharehouse!
For me experience was good as soon as I walked in the building a loaded directed me to office. No problem with staff at window just seems like a laid back guy to me. Sent me right to a door I was unloaded quick. They yell out to you that your good go. Paperwork will be ready then you are out. Plenty of parking room at dock
Good place, check-in is quick and easy, the place is spacious, overnight parking, they took a little while to unload, but the paperwork was ready very soon, I highly recommend this place.
Overnight parking, bathroom, checked in a little early and fast unload. Can’t ask for anything more, thanks a lot
