TERRIBLE service. Our first time renting was fine, and we were able to get serviced, and CONSISTENT rates each month, including half off if we were moved out by a certain date considering we were college students and would obviously not be moved in the entire month of August. This year, the rates have been different every single month, and we are now being told that we are due to pay the entire month even though we will be moving out within the week.

I would not recommend Lake Park Storage due to their late fee structure, which imposes a 10% charge if rent is not paid by the 8th of the month, followed by an additional 10% charge if payment remains outstanding by the 15th. For example, on a rental fee of $143.00, a late fee of $14.30 would be assessed on the 8th, with another $14.30 charge applied on the 15th, bringing the total amount due to $171.60.

Rent with another storage place. There are PLENTY with better prices and staff. Access is inconvenient and staff is unresponsive. The facility/storage units are clean.

I had a great experience. Alexis was very professional and polite. I appreciate the information she shared about the management that put me at ease about the new management change. I have been at Lake Park for over 10 years the property was always clean and service has always been great.
Customer service was EXCELLENT! The team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to adequately and safely store my family's belongings. It is great to see that there are people who still care about the little and big things in someone else's life.
This is a wonderful storage facility. I’ve been here 8 years. The manager Amanda is super, as well as all the staff. Always kind and helpful. The units are very clean and nice, and easy to access. Recommend!!
