1 1/2 hrs Late and did not notify me until I contacted them. Damaged items and offered only an excuse and white out in response to damaging. Note fuel charge they do not disclose. Ask for price breakdown prior to booking/hire as not transparent. $169 hr sounds great until all add ins not disclosed added. Would not recommend.

Best movers ever. After other moving company left my 70+ year old parents high and dry Family movers came through big time. Last minute they arranged a truck and movers to come. Two guys moved what 6 were supposed to move from other company. Guys worked most of the night to move my parents and even helped set up their beds for them so they would have a place to sleep. Professional and courteous. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could

Family movers did a fabulous job moving me on the same day from one place to another. It was a stressful and long day but they worked efficiently and were careful to pack and secure everything while loading and unloading. They even went the extra mile to help me reassemble heavy pieces like my bed frame, patio furniture and placed things where they belonged. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!
