If you’re looking to hire a moving company that blocks your neighbors in, hires rude drivers with ego issues, and has a manager who thinks customer service means dishing out daddy issues over the phone—Family Moving & Storage on S Stapley might be exactly your speed. I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with them while they were moving in a new neighbor. Their truck (AZ plate CK92155) completely blocked our apartment parking lot, making it impossible for any of us to leave.
Not impressed. All I received was a quote, Owner came out to do the inventory, arrived a bit late but not terrible, did the walk through, I had asked several questions which he said someone else would answer, he just does the inventory. Then I waited a week, hearing nothing from them. I called and asked if my quote was ready and he said "oh ill email it sometime tomorrow" received my quote and it's laughable how much they want.
Misleading Business Practices I’m deeply concerned about the misrepresentation by this moving company. They’ve listed an address they haven’t been at for years, which raises serious red flags about transparency and trustworthiness. Moving involves handling people's most valuable belongings, and honesty is essential. If a company can't even be upfront about their location, how can they be trusted with someone’s possessions? I would not recommend using or working with a company that lacks basic integrity.

Family moving and storage is the best. Cesar and Hayden took great care of our belongings, were efficient with time and even helped me with adjusting placement. This company was previously Joseph’s moving I had used for years, and when ownership changes, sometimes quality goes down. But in this case, I’m extremely happy and highly recommend.
