Worked out from 41 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Our experience was terrible. My sister and her husband were moving from one home to another in Sun City. They are not well off...retirement benefits only. They were told to just leave their "stuff" in their dresser drawers and they would wrap the dressers so none of the drawers would open to prevent spilling. One of the workers seemed to be doing all the work and another disappeared out in the truck. My sister found 50.00 missing from her purse because a worker used her bathroom.
Biggest crooks in town> Super slow, lied about the price overcharged by $ 100.00 would not take credit card as promised because we were angry about being overcharged. One guy did not even help load. Total scammers.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Caesar, Hayden, and Jessie were kind, efficient, and careful with our possessions. They were easily directed and worked nonstop to complete our move! They hustled for the entire 6 hours of our move. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you
Armondo and Victor were absolutely amazing movers!! They were very proficient and professional!! They were also kind and friendly, and treated my property with care and respect!!!
Best experience with a moving company I've ever had! We moved a ton of heavy things from our garage to our storage unit. They called about an hour before to let us know they would be a few minutes late due to traffic; they arrived when they said they would. Cesar and Hayden were phenomenal. They were professional, fast and efficient. They were very careful with our belongings, and even arranged our storage unit so that we could access our stuff (Cesar is the "Tetris Master"). Highly recommend them!
When I hired this company for a small move, I was afraid that I would get one semi-experienced person and two hired hands. All three men who showed up were clearly experienced. They generally worked independently, but when necessary, they teamed up seamlessly to keep the job moving. I enthusiastically recommend them.
