Do not hire these guys. I hired them and they did not show up. I ended up with a 26’ UHaul waiting out front and ended up loading it by myself. They would not answer their phone, voicemail was full and did not respond to my email. Save yourself the hassle and look for someone else.
I'm sorry this happen to you. If you have a contract from us please post a pic. We can not find anything in our records about your request. I think you may have us confused with a different company you called. Post a pic of our contract to validate your missed appointment. Again we are very sorry.
Super nice guys and nothing was stolen. Other than that unfortunately, I don't have a lot of good to say... tons of pictures were broken boxes were thrown. The quote that I was given for a 4500 square-foot house with only two bedroom sets in it and lots of empty rooms, was $3500 and that the job would be done in one day. It wound up taking them almost 3 days and $6000 cash. and even then the whole house was not completed. Random items were left.

Avoid them at all costs. They damaged thousands of dollars of vintage and antique items during a move. Things were carelessly packed (such as books tossed in boxes without even stacking which damaged a lot of them). Other things such as an …

Joon you were scheduled for Saturday, you called last minute to reschedule for Sunday, the following day. We explained we are already had a full Sunday and would try but it might need to be another day like Monday or Tuesday. That did not work for you.

Such great service from Nirvana! We moved from a 1 bedroom to a two bedroom (with stairs). Not only did they navigate moving lots of well loved, one of a kind, vintage furniture but they also ensured not to enter the room we had our cats in with great care. We also had a couch delivered from cb2. The cb2 delivery people said it was impossible to get our brand new backordered couch up the stairs. Nirvana made it happen! So grateful for their hard work and experience.

The guys that moved my furniture were amazing. They were on time and very reliable. I will definitely use this company again. I recommend anyone that needs furniture moved to use this company.They made sure that my furniture was secure and protected from getting damaged. Very friendly and reasonable.
