Damaged my dresser. Lied about it (I overheard the conversation they had about blaming it on another moved) and never showed up to fix it. I was also quoted 4 hours to do the moved. He showed up and said it would actually take 6 hours which I was okay with. Then it took over 10 hours. They were unprepared for my size move and I had to pay extra for it.

I’ve hired movers a few times in the Phoenix/Chandler area and I’m pretty picky about three things: clear pricing, efficiency, and actually caring about my stuff. Good Fellas Moving checked all three. From the first call/text, Jordan was quick to respond and super straightforward—no salesy pressure, no weird upsells, just a clear rate and an easy plan. Scheduling was simple, and the crew showed up on time looking professional and ready to work.

I’ve had a lot of “firsts” in life, but “genuinely enjoying moving day” was not one I expected to check off the list. Then Jordan and Tyler showed up. These two hit the ground running like they had a personal vendetta against wasted time. No standing around scratching heads over how to fit the couch through the door, no coffee breaks every twenty minutes. Just straight to work, moves like they’ve done this a thousand times (because apparently they have). My furniture has never felt so respected.

This is my 3rd time using Good Fellas moving services my first experience was after selling my cabin in the white mountains they came all the way from Phoenix to move all my furniture and and all other items and belongings and prior to the move I had informed them that some things would be going to a storage unit and the rest to my home they said no problem that they were happy to do the task and I have also used them twice since then as I down sized from a large home to a smaller home the moving team for all 3…

The Good Fellas moving team is fantastic! From start to finish, they were easy to work with. They were beyond efficient and everything they quoted and said at the beginning was accurate. Jordan, Hayden and Alex were wonderful and made our move so easy! Will definitely be using them again and would recommend anyone to use them!
