Items were stolen from my storage unit and the staff did not care to check cameras or submit a report. They didn’t care for my situation and were ready to get me out of the office as soon as possible. They are very kind and welcoming when you are a new renter but when there is a problem you are on your own. Like the entrance to the place isn’t a hassle already!! Definitely never renting a storage unit from this company and highly recommend you don’t either.
Hally, It’s unfortunate that you had some belongings taken but unfortunately your unit was left unlocked. The manager did offer to open a claim but as he mentioned, a police report would need to be filed per our insurance company’s … More
Clerk was very rude with me when I mentioned I was storing my stuff to prepare for homelessness. Told me I couldn't stay there with an assumptive attitude as if that was my intent. I furnished the required address he wanted and was further threatened to have my stuff locked if some mail was returned. This isn't the safe place you need to store you're stuff, don't let the cheap prices fool ya. They make it up selling off units of this guy's victims I'm sure.

The guy that runs this place is rude, unprofessional, not to mention, he hits on customers... Both men and women. Also doesn't follow the pricing at ALL!

Best storage unit experience I’ve had! It was super quick and easy to rent a unit, and the price was cheap compared to other storage units in the area. Online payment is uncomplicated and the access code makes access to the unit easy. The new manager is incredibly friendly and helpful!

I have been using this storage facility for a little over 2 years and love it! Staff is always helpful and very responsive. Shout out to Laurel! The best part is that there is very little foot traffic and the overall facility is always very clean. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say Thank you to Sherry for being a Life Saver . Ur Awesome. I was going Crazy trying to get my Storage Unit Open , and for the life of me it would not open. I actually thought someone had changed the Lock . Well I stopped at the front office and ask Sherry, and she said nope, there’s been no action taken on ur Unit . She then said let’s go check . She put the key inside the lock and Wa-La !!!! It opened 🫶🏼💯💪🏼Thats what I call a Wonder Woman 🥰😁Thank u Sherry 💪🏼😁
