I had received a quote for a 1 bedroom move and put a deposit down. Dates had been confirmed as well as the number of movers (2). The next day I receive an email saying that my quote had changed to a higher price. When I called, found out that the price had gone up as they had to have 3 movers instead of 2 because of the job route. I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to Bo.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We hired moving pros a couple of years ago and it was the worst move of my 56 years. They did the typical we’ll come over and give you a price for the move. They underestimated the amount of items and of course the price. By the time they were done, which literally took all day, AND night. it was very expensive, and NOT worth it. Plenty of items were damaged as well as parts of our new house, and at least one item vanished.
So I decided to go with this moving company because they told me that they would give me a deal. They would knock some charges off since I'm moving from the same city that they are located in and then there was a bunch of hidden fees and they charged me almost $400 more than what they actually promised. So I would just be careful with going with them cuz they have a bunch of hidden fees
One of the movers I’m not sure what his name was, white male with a mullet? Couldn’t tell because of the backwards hat. Younger guy. He was super rude and had a bad attitude. Helped us move into a down town Phoenix complex. Won’t be using this company again.

The owner does not pay his bills and has no 25 years experience he barely 27 years old so How can he has 25 years in the moving business I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. Terrible place to do business

WOW! Pulse Moving delivered an absolute 5-star experience for our local move. The team arrived exactly on time, maintained total professionalism, and hustled from start to finish.Our move had some major logistical obstacles, including a brutally steep driveway and several extremely heavy pieces of furniture.
