In their own words
I am beyond frustrated and honestly angry about this experience. I was clearly told the rate was $140 per hour, which I agreed to. I only had bedroom items and some clothing — no living room furniture, no kitchen appliances — so there is absolutely no justification for what happened. The entire job should have taken around 3 hours max, but instead I was charged for 5 hours ($750). That makes absolutely no sense.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would not recommend this moving company. While the movers were hardworking, the pricing practices were very deceptive. They advertise a 3-hour flat rate, but deliberately waste time so you end up paying far beyond the estimate. I was quoted 3 hours for my move, but they stretched it to 7 hours — more than double my budget.

A warm thank you to Arish and Nasir, I was moving from one apartment without an elevator to another. They made light hearted jokes and happily went about the job. Thank you for the kind conversation Nasir. Overall a solid service. Good communication start to finish.

I had a wonderful experience with N&N Brother Moving from start to finish. From the moment they arrived at my pick-up apartment to the final setup at my new place, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Recently made a move within Toronto, contacted Nazeer and clearly explained the process and prices, services started right in agreed time. They suggested us pack most if not all of small items which consume more time. Everything in truck was properly placed and fastened so even during commute there would be little movement. All important and sensitive items like electronics were properly packed with care Very professional and reliable guys, would be happy to use their service again.
