In their own words
We have come here 4 times and each time the man guy that deals with drivers has had a major attitude and rude towards us for no reason. NEVER show up before 7am their time or he will fuss you out, ONLY park next to the allied trucks or he will fuss you out, but then again do all this correctly and he will come over to YOUR truck asking for paperwork and fuss you out. He acts as though drivers are inconveniencing him and that you should know the unposted rules even if it’s your first time coming.
Thank you for letting us know. I am very sorry for the rude treatment your drivers experienced and for the lack of clear posted procedures. We take this seriously and will address it immediately by reviewing the employee’s conduct, … More
These workers treat the driver as if we've come to beg! They lock the driver in a dirty, foul-smelling room without air conditioning, when it's 89 degrees outside, to wait while they unload the trailer. Guys, we're not prisoners, and this kind of attitude shouldn't apply even to prisoners! Leave your bad moods and failures at home, and change your attitude towards people; be kinder, and then you too will feel happier!
Been driving trucks for a little while and I’m familiar with most trucking companies but I must say, federal logistics-never heard of them…until today.A non-signaling,speeding truck pulling a federal logistics trailers almost ran me off the road whilst changing lanes on I-44 in Missouri. In today’s challenging economy and with drivers like that I wouldn’t be surprised to hear in the future that federal logistics went bankrupt and closed its doors…💸
We take safety very seriously at Federal. Did you happen to notice which truck number or trailer number so we can coach and advise?
The guy in shipping office is very rude and nasty. He treats us drivers as if we are dumb or something. Not all of us are just dumb truck drivers. It’s plenty of drivers that have a college just like me and only drive bae cause it’s a good job to have. He throws your paperwork at you telling you to sign it. I don’t know who he think he is. It’s a shame he is still there after all the complaints he is getting. He is an older white guy.
I’m very sorry you experienced rude treatment at our shipping office — that falls short of the respectful service we expect for every driver. What you described is unacceptable, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will … More
If you are a truck driver and you go to this company make sure your 5 minutes before your Appointment time I went there at 6 they told me 88 and between 10 and they made me sit 4 hours till 10 o'clock Not saying that they are a bad company but there was really nobody there that could have loaded me up
Hatim, we're sorry to hear you had to wait to unload. That's very unusual for our warehouse team. We will review our appointments and adjust as we are able. We have our own trucking fleet and appreciate how important time is for professional drivers.
Called in for a load and asked a Question and they laughed at it and said no dispatching companies which I’m not they didn’t even ask my MC, if they are called federal they think they’re all that when they are not being nice to people, grow up!
If you were picking up or loading out of our facility, you would have been provided the proper load information by your dispatch. We do not operate off of MC numbers for carriers to pick up or unload.
Zero stars for this facility, everything -attitude, hospitality for the drivers. Pretend to be busy, do not waste your time here, can be rejected for God knows reasons. Waited for some time, got a door and surprise -your trailer is …
We reject loads or trailers based on our customers' standards. These are not our standards but those of the customers' food grade materials that will be loaded into these trailers.
Not so good with drivers. No overnight parking Rude behaviour with the drivers and also please come here only at appointment time
