2-7-26 Each day that goes by I get more upset. I haven’t been able to sleep in my bed now for two weeks because this company broke my bed and drugged their feet getting it to the shop to get it fixed. I wanted to add pictures of the $155 TV box they tried to charge me for that I requested. They brought a used dented box with holes in it and they tried to charge me $155 for it. This company is shady. Be careful.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They never showed up. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the number on the confirmation email and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message to have them call me to see if there was an issue and see if we should reschedule. They never returned my call. It has been more than 24 hours since I left a message so I have given up on getting a return call. I have moved on to another company. I know the move was a longer move than they normally do.
Our initial interactions were very positive, and we felt confident moving forward. Unfortunately, at the very last minute, they backed out of a move that had been scheduled well in advance and said that “operations said it was a job they didn’t want to take on.” This left us without enough time to secure another moving company and placed us in an extremely difficult position due to a strict move-out deadline. The lack of notice was the most troubling part.
I want to start this review noting the young men who worked my move were all very polite and nice young men. If you have a small local job, this company will fit the bill. However, we had a large complex move from Germantown Hills, IL to Raleigh, NC. I was assured the team had done similar type moves and could handle the job. I paid a fairly decent sum for a professional move, but what I received fell well below the mark. Loading was a nightmare, leading to what was a poorly packed job and plenty of damage.

The most underhanded, deceitful, and outright malicious company I have hired to complete any task for me period. Their employees destroyed thousands of dollars in personal belongings including items passed on after being owned by family for decades. Have outright refused to compensate for said damages despite being contractually obligated to do so and I have in writing a direct insinuation that I have fabricated this for the purposes of financial gain.
