What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
They went above and beyond to help me with my hitch and wiring for a 2026 vehicle. Service was excellent and both gentleman working were friendly. I highly recommend this particular U-Haul. I will be telling all my friends in Galesburg …
We're thrilled to hear that your experience was a Five Star one! Your positive feedback means a lot to us. Thank you for choosing our facility. We look forward to serving you again in the future.
Slight wait time both when picking up and dropping off. Might be slightly understaffed for peak times. But this was outweighed by the excellent service with hooking up the trailer and unhooking - customer service rep did all the work and made it super easy. I brought along an LP tank to be filled and the person helping me with that did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend this location!
Thank you for the Five Stars
This is by far the best U-Haul location in central Illinois. We don't rent from any others because they are such a sub-par experience. Love Mark and the whole team who takes care of my DJ crew every weekend when we're renting.
We really appreciate the positive review. It's great to hear that you had a good experience at our location. Thanks for choosing U-Haul!
The equipment was very well maintained & the Staff was very courteous/professional. I only needed the van for one trip to East Peoria & back, so I returned it after 2 hours. Dropoff was super easy!
Thank you for choosing U-Haul! We strive to provide the best service, so we love to hear that you had a five-star experience at our U-Haul location.
