I have read some very positive reviews here, however mine is not. I hired First Call because they offered all of my service needs, however my experience with them ended stress filled. The workers were an hour and a half late. One of them was rude, disrespectful and confrontational. Ultimately, First Call did NOT provide all of my service needs and left behind a busted ceiling, which I am now responsible for.
This moving company let me book a job with them for 4/16/26 They were supposed to show up at 7am . Never came , didn’t call to reschedule, and they never answered my many calls to them . Very unprofessional, with no respect for a persons time . I waited for them to come for 45 minutes. And Callled off and on all day , they never answered. Don’t use this company . The person that booked my move was Chris !
The person in question has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and has inappropriately used their business account for irrelevant and unprofessional comments online. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their ability to maintain a professional image and conduct themselves with integrity and respect.

In their own words
First Call Freight and Haul LLC did a amazing job moving my stuff. They were prompt, professional, careful and I was just all around impressed by how fast and efficient that they moved me. I even had them come back to do some handy work and assembly for me as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, any one for that matter.
Called Christian same day for a local pick up of a motorcycle I bought that wasn’t running. He was super responsive and he pulled up an hour later. Strapped everything up securely and got it to my garage with no issues at all. Recommend this company for all types of moves.
Hiring First Call Freight and Haul, LLC was an amazing experience. They helped safely transport all items from my home after it sold to my 3rd floor apartment at the end of 2019. Christian and his workers were on time and took the right amount of time to make sure all sensitive items in the home were wrapped correctly and protected for safe transport. There were no damages to property or items being moved.
I needed a couch moved upstairs to a room and I could not figure out how to get through the door in such a tight space. Chris responded immediately when I submitted a request. I called him and he was very reasonable with the price and most importantly he assured me he could get that couch in after I gave him all the measurements. When he arrived he was able to do what I thought was impossible - he got the couch in the room!
